Return & Refund Policy


  1. If you wish to cancel your order: You can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4 below.

  2. Any refund to transaction amount would be provisioned to your Rewards Wallet to use for your any subsequent transactions in line with Rewards redemtion rules (Minimum of 50 reward points are required for redemption at any time)
  3. Due to COVID-19, SuperBazaar is not accepting any returns at any moment after accepting the delivery.

  4. The rights to cancel the order /return the goods will not apply in the following circumstances: Change of mind due to latest offers / promotions. Also, in the event that the product has been used to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.

  5. Due to change of mind or any personal reasons, if customer requests to cancel the order, the payment processing fee would be deducted and rest of the amount would be returned.
  6. In case of any system mal-functions observed, SuperBazaar has all the rights to inform customers and update prior to the delivery and make necessary changes at descrition of SuperBazaar.
  7. Please note, in case of any issues associated with items of local manufacturers/ suppliers, we may: Return the product to the manufacturer/ supplier or their agent to determine the nature of the problem: or Refer you to the supplier of such items for assistance or refund/ exchange authorisation.

  8. Fresh Vegetables and utensils are not the regular grocery items and those are considered as pre orders with us (for most of the items). Items availability could only be confirmed after receiving the order and customer will be informed regarding the order and delivery details.
  9. Almost all the items contain local manufacturers names, addresses and the telephone numbers. Should any manufacturers information not be available, we shall happily provide it to you upon request. This policy does not limit your rights as customer.

  10. SuperBazaar has all the rights to maintain and update the policies, terms & conditions on an ongoing basis afterwhich an email will be communicated to all the registered customers email IDS for their awareness to make any necessary changes on membership with SuperBazaar.
